(Red Oak) A traffic stop early this morning in Montgomery County led to the arrest of a man from Elliott, Iowa.
Deputies pulled over a vehicle just after midnight in the 2500 block of Highway 71. During the investigation, 43-year-old Quintin John Perdue was arrested on an active Pottawattamie County Warrant for probation violation. Additionally, deputies charged Perdue with possession of a controlled substance, 1st offense, stemming from the traffic stop.
Authorities took Perdue into custody, transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, and held him without bond.
