(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested a Red Oak man following a traffic stop Wednesday morning.
According to police, officers conducted a traffic stop on 44-year-old Ronald Glen Ballinger at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19. Further investigation determined that Ballinger was driving with a suspended license.
Police also observed narcotics in plain view inside the vehicle.
Ballinger was placed under arrest and booked into the Montgomery County Jail. He faces charges of Driving Under Suspension and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd
