(Clarinda, IA) — Three people were arrested over the weekend as part of an ongoing investigation into drug activity in Clarinda.
On Saturday, August 15th, 47-year-old Seth Martin Kuipers of Clarinda was arrested on a warrant for alleged felony distribution of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
Also on Saturday, 31-year-old Zachary Tyler Fuller of Clarinda was arrested on a warrant for alleged felony distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and gathering for purposes of distribution and possession of controlled substances.
On Sunday, August 16th, 35-year-old Robert Dean Wiechman of Clarinda was arrested on a warrant for alleged gathering for purposes of the distribution and use of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kuipers, Fuller and Wiechman are being held at the Page County Jail on bond.
The Clarinda Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Page County Sheriff’s Department, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit.
Reports have been forwarded to the Page County Attorney’s Office for a determination on whether formal charges will be filed.
