(Atlantic) Some members of the Atlantic High School senior class are marking their parking spots this week ahead of the start of the 2026-2027 school year. This is the fourth year the seniors have painted their own stalls, adding a touch of creativity to the lot.
AHS Fuel Advisor Dan Vargason says this tradition started at the beginning of the 2022 school year.
Vargason is impressed with the creativity of the senior students.
This is the first year that some of the staff members are painting their spots. Vargason, the other advantage is that the seniors pay for it and get to pick their own spot.
