(Avoca, IA) — AHSTW got their bats moving in the third inning and Freshman Kip Lamp did not allow a big inning in an 8-3 win over Audubon to sweep the season series.

The Wheelers scored first in the top of the 2nd when Walter Vetter got his first hit of the season, a RBI single to score Jorgen Nowatzke.
AHSTW answered with 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd — Taylen Hansen tripled, Ty Nelson walked and Audubon committed their first error on a Cash Freeman grounder to allow both runners to score and the Vikings led 2-1.
