(Dubuque) The Iowa Department of Corrections says 29-year-old Naomi Christine Olin, convicted of Assault While Participating in a Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance – 2nd Offense, and Voluntary Absence in Dubuque County, failed to report back to the Dubuque Residential Facility as required on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026.
Olin is a 29-year-old, 5’4″, 201-pound White female. She was admitted to the work release facility on Jan. 16, 2026.
