Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Woman on Drug Possession Charges

(Red Oak) An eastern Iowa woman is in custody on drug possession charges following a traffic stop in Montgomery County.

According to the press release, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Thursday evening at Highway 34 and P Avenue. During the investigation, deputies arrested 32-year-old Ashley Ann Marie Ashburn of Davenport, Iowa, for Possession of Methamphetamine, 2nd offense. Authorities transported Ashburn to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $2,000 bond.
