(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Jose Isidro Morelos Sandoval, of Harlan, on Wednesday on the charges of Telephone Dissemination of Obscene Material to Minors, Enticing a Minor under 16 years old – Sex Abuse, and Grooming. Morelos Sandoval was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 47-year-old Mary Ann Clayton, of Denver, Colorado, on Tuesday on a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Clayton was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
