(Atlantic) The 57th annual Southwest Iowa Bandmasters Association (SWIBA) event took place on Monday, January 19th, at Atlantic High School. Eight students from Atlantic High School participated in this honor band.
The participating students were:
– Hudson Brock – Oboe
– Michael Hocamp – Euphonium
– Katrina Williams – Trumpet
– Shauna Anderson – French Horn
– Grace Mitchell – French Horn
– Katrina Keasey – Flute
– Gabrielle Engler – Bass Clarinet
– Gracelynn Kelley – Alto Saxophone
Additionally, Shauna Anderson and Grace Mitchell were recognized during the concert for being selected to the SWIBA Honor Band for six consecutive years, from 7th grade through their senior year.
