(Lewis) The Iowa DNR reminds hunters and anglers that this is the last day their 2025 hunting and fishing licenses are valid. After today, anyone who wants to continue fishing and hunting must renew their license.
John Lorenzen with the DNR Office in Lewis says hunting and fishing licenses fund anything related to wildlife.
Along with the expiration of hunting and fishing licenses, many hunting seasons end today. Those include: Archery season for deer, late muzzleloader deer season, and pheasant season.
