(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports two arrests.
Police arrested 39-year-old Thomas James Blobaum of Creston on Wednesday for Domestic Abuse. Blobaum was taken to Union County Jail. Bail was set in the amount of No Bond Until Seen by the Judge.
Creston Police arrested 36-year-old Juscinda Starr Butcher of Corning at Dollar Tree on charges of Assault and Child Endangerment. Butcher was cited and released on a Promise to Appear.
