(Des Moines) The Iowa Department of Corrections says Ryan Lamar Beard Jr., convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines – Building 68 as required on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025.
Beard is a 27-year-old, 5’11”, 190-pound Black male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Oct. 28, 2025.
