(Adair Co) The Adair County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on vacating a portion of 332nd Lane this morning.
Adair County Engineer Nick Kauffman…
(We sent the notices to the landowners and received no response, no comments. It was at their request.)
There were no comments during the hearing and the Supervisors approved vacating a portion of 332nd Lane.
The Supervisors also heard a report from Brenda Dudley on a possible event using White Pole Road.
However, Dudley said she was met with some concerns from Guthrie County.
Dudley said she is not sure what they will do now, but she plans to go back to the committee to discuss changing from a relay to a poker run.
In other action, the Supervisors approved signing the contract and performance bond for the W9 Lincoln culvert project; and the board approved the hiring of an on-call courthouse custodial assistant for the courthouse.
