(Iowa Falls, IA) — Authorities are investigating after three people were found shot to death inside an Iowa Falls home yesterday morning.
The Iowa Falls Times Citizen reports local police and deputies with the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office were called to the residence on Willow Lane around 4 a.m. Three people were pronounced dead at the scene, and a fourth individual was taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound as well, according to law enforcement.
Officials have said there does not appear to be any ongoing threat to the public. The Iowa Falls police have requested assistance from the sheriff’s office and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation in the case.
