In Pella, Red Oak’s boys cross country team finished in third place and qualified for the state meet. Pella Christian won the meet with 52 points with PCM in 2nd with 60 and Red Oak finished 3rd with 61. The Tigers went 1 – 2 in the individual standings — Emmanuel Grass was first at 16:34.50 and Hayden Heitbrink 2nd at 16:47.84. Osiel Pedersen finished in 6th place. Shenandoah had two runners qualify for state — Mason Sells finished 5th and Carter Buttry was 13th.
Shenandoah had two girls qualify for state — Ava O’Rourke finished 5th and Lilly Mather was 9th. Riley King of Clarinda also qualified in 8th place.

Treynor went all the way to Orange City to run their district meet and the girls won the district title — the Cardinals finished with 44 points ahead of Unity Christian with 48. Forest City was third with 70.
Lilly Miller finished in third place; Madalyn Kierkmann 5th; Lilly Yochum 11th; Madeline Knispel 13th.
