(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 31-year-old Tyler Wayne Kimball, of Creston, on Wednesday at the intersection of Elm and Howard Streets. Kimball was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear: original charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct. Kimball was transported to the Union County Jail and held.
