On Thursday, July 3 at 3:24 pm, Officers of the Red Oak Police Department in a joint investigation with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Jason Suggs of Stanton in the 2700 block of 220th St. Suggs is being charged with 11 counts of possess a depiction of a minor in a sex act — first offense. Suggs was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on $55,000 bond.
