Friday night at 7:09 pm, police arrested 62 year old Timothy Jay Slobodnik for Theft 5th Degree which is a simple misdemeanor. Slobodnik taken to Montgomery County Jail and is being held on $300 bond
Saturday morning at 2:27 am, police arrested 29 year old Cade Kenrick Confer at the intersection of Highway 34 and Ironwood Ave for OWI, Operating While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense which is an aggravated misdemeanor. Confer was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on $2,000 bond
