(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended a fourth individual linked to an ongoing investigation in the area.
On March 12, deputies identified Todd Shane Jackson, 52, who resides in Stuart. His arrest was the result of a search warrant executed by the Stuart Police and Cass County at 615 SW 2nd Street, apartment #26 in Stuart. This operation uncovered several firearms and drug-related offenses in Adair County.
Earlier, on March 11, law enforcement officials arrested three individuals from Atlantic: James Richard Cisar Jr., Catherine Beth Christensen, and Joseph Lee Reynolds, all facing charges related to drugs and weapons.
Joseph Lee Reynolds, age 42, is charged with being a Felon in Control of a Firearm and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was taken to the Cass County Jail, booked, and later released on bond.
James Richard Cisar Jr., 64, also from Atlantic, faces similar charges, including Felon in Control of a Firearm and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He has been booked at the Cass County Jail and is awaiting release based on his recognizance.
Catherine Beth Christensen, 61, of Atlantic, faces multiple charges: Felon in Control of a Firearm, OWI – 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana 1st. She was taken to the Cass County Jail and subsequently posted bond.
