(Adair Co) A Michigan woman was arrested following an accident in Adair County on March 3rd.
According to the report, the State Patrol received a report of a single vehicle rollover crash on I-80 westbound near the 74 mile marker. The vehicle went through the cable barriers, damaging 20 posts, rolling several times, totaling the vehicle. Following an investigation, 32-year-old Bayzhigoogahbahweekwe Matrious, of Suttons Bay, was charged with OWI 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense.
Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety. Matrious was released on bond later that day.
