(Greenfield) Iowa State Patrol Trooper and Public Information Officer Ryan DeVault tells KSOM/KS95 News that roadways are packed with ice and blowing snow. DeVault says visibility has changed from good to whiteout conditions. He says there continue to be issues on the Interstate.
As of 11:00 a.m. there was a jackknifed semi at the 72-mile marker, and another at the 80-mile marker. And a vehicle on its side near the Walnut exit.
