(Creston) Creston Police arrest a Union County man on drug and alcohol charges.
Police arrested 41-year-old Carlos Rafael Rivera of Creston early this (Tuesday) morning at 900 Sumner Avenue for OWI – 1st Offense, Possession of a controlled substance 1st Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense. Rivera was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on a bond of $3,000.
In another case, Amanda Lea Jackson, 39, of Lenox, was arrested at 302 N Pine Street on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear for Assault. Jackson was taken to the Union County Jail where she later bonded out on a bond of $300.
Creston Police also report the arrest of 54-year-old Crystal Alaine Conley. Conley, of Creston, was arrested at 300 S Lincoln Street on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of OWI—1st Offense. Conley was taken to the Union County Jail and later bonded out on a bond of $500.
