(NAFB) The temperatures across much of the Midwest have alternated between above and below normal for this time of year. Drew Lerner, senior ag meteorologist at World Weather, Inc., says it looks like that pattern will continue for the next 10-14 days.
That movement could mean the second half of March gets much colder.
Looking at the spring planting forecast, the precipitation will be hit and miss, depending on location.
