(Council Bluffs) The Iowa Long-term Disaster Recovery Center in Pottawattamie County has transitioned to in-person Disaster Case Advocacy.
Disaster Case Advocates will be at the Pottawattamie County Emergency Management Agency (205 S Main Street in Council Bluffs)on Wednesdays, starting February 5, between 9 AM and 3 PM. No appointment is necessary. Representatives from FEMA and the Small Business Administration (SBA) will be available through your case advocate or their regular disaster recovery phone numbers.
If you need to meet with your case advocate in person at another day and time, you may contact your case advocate to set up an appointment.
