(NAFB) Wisconsin soybean farmer Andy Bensend took a trip to the Big Apple, but not just to see the sites in New York City. Bensend is the district one director for the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board, and he took the trip to find out how soybeans are helping Northeast U.S. residents stay warm. Soy oil is a popular product in that region for what they call “bioheat.”
