(Undated) — It’s the time of year when people consider tipping their service providers a little extra for the holidays. Bankrate Analyst Ted Rossman says a recent survey found that how much somebody tips depends on the service provided.
Rossman says when deciding how much to tip, a good rule of thumb is the cost of one service. In other words, he says, double the last payment to your housekeeper or gardener.
