(Adair Co) Two people were arrested on theft charges in Adair County.
Jessie Lea Jones, 38, of Shell Rock, was arrested on November 21st on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree, Unauthorized use of a Credit Card, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident on October 2nd when Deputies were called to Hometown Foods in Stuart for a report of a stolen vehicle. Jones is also accused of using credit cards that were in the victim’s vehicle. She was held in the Adair County Jail on $10,000 cash only bond.
In a separate incident, 43-year-old Kiley Marie Hannan, of Bridgewater, was arrested on November 22nd on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree. She was held on $10,000 cash only bond.
Richard Edward Larabee, 49, of Fontanelle, was arrested on November 20th on a warrant for Burglary 3rd Degree. Larabee is accused of stealing gasoline from Nichols Farms. Bond was set at $5,000.
Tanya Lynn Funke, 45, of Stuart, was arrested on November 17th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $300 cash only.
Nicole Lee Glendinning, 49, of Des Moines, was arrested on November 21st on a warrant for Violation of Probation. She was held on no bond.
James Dean Johnston, 58, of Des Moines, was arrested on November 22nd on a warrant for Violation of Probation. He was held on no bond.
James Edwin Lee Jr., 41, of Fontanelle, was cited and released on November 22nd for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
