(Des Moines) Keemary Joe Foster, convicted of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon in Polk County, failed to report back to Fort Des Moines as required yesterday.
Foster is a 25-year-old, 5’11”, 204-pound Black male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Oct. 4, 2024.
