(Lincoln, NE) — Six wins is needed to become bowl eligible but the 6th win so far has become elusive for Nebraska — they will seek it again Saturday as they visit USC. It will not be easy, Big Ten eastern teams that have travelled west are 2-8 on the season while travel has not been good for western teams going east, they are 4-8. Dylan Raiola will start at quarterback for the Huskers and Dana Holgorsen will be calling the plays as the new Offensive Coordinator. They will be going up against a very talented USC defense says Nebraska Head Coach Matt Rhule
Rhule says that Holgorsen is not working with any specific position but is fitting in with the team
USC is undergoing change on offense as well — the Trojans have made a change at QB, redshirt sophomore Jayden Maiava will get the start and Miller Moss will see the bench after USC has lost 4 of their last 5 games. Rhule says it doesn’t matter who the starter is, his first priority is the USC run game
Nebraska 5-4 visits USC 4-5, kickoff Saturday night is 3:00 pm, televised by Fox
