He is survived by his children, Jackie (Garlyn) Major, Jeff Claussen, Liz (Mark) McKeever all of Council Bluffs, IA; Kathy Claussen of Boynton Beach, FL; John (Kim) Claussen of Des Moines, IA; Jim (Connie) Claussen of Harlan, IA; Jay Claussen of Littleton, CO; Tom Claussen of Harlan, IA; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service for Jack will be held on Thursday, October 10th, at 10:30 AM, at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan, Iowa.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 9th, from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home.
