(Guthrie Co) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors this morning reviewed EMS presentation materials for their upcoming public meetings.
Guthrie County residents will be voting on a proposed countywide tax levy this November. The levy amount would be 75-cents per one thousand dollars in property tax valuation. Supervisor Maggie Armstrong did a mock presentation for the Board so they could discuss what needed to be added or changed.
The list of community presentations is still being finalized. So far, the following meetings have been tentatively scheduled at 7:00 p.m. each day:
October 1st at the Bayard Community Building
October 3rd in Casey (still working on a venue)
October 7th at Morrisburg Church in Jackson Township
October 8th at Bowman Chapel in Bear Grove Township
October 9th at the West Central Valley High School in Stuart
October 10th at the High School in Guthrie Center
October 14th at the Yale Community Building
October 16th at the Panorama High School in Panora
Still working on scheduling a meeting in the City of Adair.
