(Atlantic) Atlantic is polishing off their preseason workouts today in preparation for Friday’s week zero matchup with Council Bluffs, Jefferson. The Trojans return four veterans on the offensive line, anchored by three-year starter Reid Woodward. The senior notes the game has become easier for him over the last couple of years.
In addition, the 6’3 275 pound senior spent a lot of time in the weight room in the off-season, which shows.
Reid will be blocking for senior tailback Tyson O’Brien, sophomore Ethan McNeil, and 6’2, 240-pound fullback Gavin McLaren, last season’s second-leading rusher.
Woodward mentioned having an extra game added to the regular season is special for the seniors on the squad.
