(Atlantic) Atlantic City Councilperson Elaine Otte, who chairs the Personnel and Finance Committee, told the City Council on Wednesday that they are re-posting the position of City Clerk and will keep the post active until the city fills it.
On March 6, former Atlantic City Clerk Barb Barrick submitted her resignation after accepting a similar job for the city of Huxley. Her last day on the job was March 22. The City Council appointed Deputy City Clerk Rich Tupper as the acting City Clerk.
The Personnel and Finance Committee met on Wednesday afternoon to review and recommend reposting the City Clerk Position.
