(Red Oak) Red Oak police arrested Josiah Prokes, 26, on Saturday morning for Domestic Abuse Assault – Bodily injury 1st offense in the 100 block of E St. Josiah was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on no bond pending an appearance before the magistrate.
