(Corning) An Adams County Deputy served an arrest warrant on behalf of the Creston Police Department to a Union man on Tuesday. Ryan Wayne Feldhacker, 44, of Creston, was being held in Adams County because the Union County Jail was at full capacity. Authorities arrested Feldhacker on these additional charges.
*Controlled Substance Violation x 2
*Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense x 7
*Failure to Affix a Drug Stamp x 3
* Gathering where Controlled Substances are Used x 3
*Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance Violation
* Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug x 5.
Authorities set Feldhacker’s bond at $98000 cash or approved surety
In two separate cases:
*Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Brady Christopher Gross of Creston on Tuesday on a Union County Warran for OWI 1st Offense and Open Container. Authorities released Gross after he posted the $1,000 cash or approved surety bond.
*Creston Police arrested 50-year-old Angela Denise Coke of Creston at her residence on Tuesday on a Union County Warrant for 4th-degree theft. Officers transported Coke to the Union County Jail, where she posted the $1,000 cash or approved surety bond.
