(Creston) Authorities arrested a Creston man on a warrant for Failure to Appear on drug possession charges.
Creston Police arrested 31-year-old Rogelio Olivera-Martinez on Friday at 112 Manor Drive. The arrest stems warrant from Olivera-Martinez’s failure to appear in court for Possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, 1st offense. He was held on a $1,000 cash-only bond in the Union County Jail.
*Creston Police arrested 37-year-old Douglas Edward Woodward III from Afton on Thursday on two Union County Warrants for Failure to Appear for violating a no-contact/protective order-contempt. Police transported him to the Union County Jail, where he is serving the remainder of his jail time.
*Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Garrett Neal Thomson of Creston on Saturday on a Union County Warrant while serving time in the Union County Jail for failure to appear for a 1st offense OWI Charge. Thomson is held on a $1,000 cash-only bond.
*Cynthia Jean Phillps of Creston reported to Police the rear window of her car was broken between 10:00 p.m. on December 28, sometime between 10:00 p.m. on December 28, and 11:45 a.m. on December 29. The damage is estimated at $250.00.
