(Fremont Co) A Sidney High School student has been charged with seven counts of Threat of Terrorism.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Kaelyn Alexis Surrell was arrested on Tuesday, December 26th. It is alleged that Surrell created a “hit list” of students and staff at the school, as well as other individuals in the community. It is alleged that Surrell threatened to commit acts of Arson toward the people on this list.
Surrell was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
