(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from November 21st through December 17th.
Steve Tingle Jr, 45, of Griswold, was arrested December 17th on a warrant for Disorderly Conduct. Tingle Jr was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Monica Volquartsen, 46, of Fort Dodge, was arrested December 12th for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Volquartsen was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release to a different agency for a warrant.
Ashley Fuentes, 33, of Des Moines, was arrested December 10th on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Fuentes turned herself in to the Cass County Jail where she was booked, held and later released after time served.
Jayson Edward, 41, of Anita, was arrested December 8th for Public Intoxication. Edward was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Terry Filer, 52, of Omaha, Nebraska was arrested November 21st for OWI 1st Offense and Eluding. Filer was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
