Man Arrested After Cutting Off Ankle Monitor and Running Away

(Creston) A Union County Deputy arrested a man who was on the run after cutting off his ankle monitor. The Union County Sheriff’s Office said one of its deputies caught 33-year-old Dalton Barber, who is charged with sexual abuse.  Law enforcement used a heat-seeking drone to find and arrest Barber.  He is currently in the Union County Jail.
