(Ottumwa) The State Fire Marshal is investigating a house fire that killed two people. The incident happened in Ottumwa on Saturday. The town’s fire department reported to the house on Woodland Avenue around 7:30 p.m. and was there for about eight hours. A couple of people could make it out of the home safely. The victim’s names have not been released yet.
