(Creston) A Creston man is in custody charged with five Union County Warrants and Probation Warrants.
Creston Police arrested 36-year-old Brandon Hurshel Whitfield this morning at his residence. Whitfield is jailed on original charges of violation of Probation for Domestic Abuse Assault, Violation of Probation Eluding, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, 2nd Offense.
Whitfield is also charged with Violating a No-Contact Protection Order and two counts of Violation of a No-Contact – Protective Order and Interference with Official Acts.
Officers transported Whitfield to the Union County Jail and held on no bond.
In a separate case, Police arrested Joseph Jason Blakely-Luddington at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center for Disorderly Conduct-Loud Raucous Noise. He is currently held on a $300.00 cash bond.
