(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports four arrests.
On December 1, Police arrested 18-year-old Xander Getting, of Creston, at his residence on a Union County Warrant for two counts of Child Endangerment Serious Injury. He was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is held on $20,000 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 31-year-old Lafi Khaled Alaqrabawi of Minnesota for OWI 1st Offense. Alaqrabawi was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $1000 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Police arrested 42-year-old David Junior Richman of Creston at the intersection of Mills and Elm. Richman was charged on a Union County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine 3rd, or Subsequent Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd Subsequent Offense. Richman was taken to the Union County Jail and held on a $5000 cash or surety bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 34-year-old Chevy Van Sauer of Greenfield at the intersection of Elm and Summit. Sauer was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine 3rd Offense, and Driving While Barred. Sauer was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is held on $7300 cash or surety bond.
