(Massena) The Clarke Street project in Massena is nearing completion. City Councilman Doug Venteicher, the project corrected a safety issue.
Venteicher says the city purchased some ground adjacent to the curb, allowing construction crews to come in and straighten the road.
Venteicher says the project cost is $1.5 million, paid for by Tax Increment Finance money. He says the goal is to drive on it in a couple of weeks.
