Creston Police Report

(Creston) Creston Police arrested a man on assault charges on Saturday.

Police arrested 45-year-old Dale Lee Shatto of Creston at his residence for domestic abuse assault, 1st offense, causing bodily injury. Police transported Shatto to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond pending an appearance before a magistrate.

In a separate case, Creston Police arrested 37-year-old Sean Cody Stauffer for driving with a suspended license and interference with a correction official. Police transported him to the Union County Jail, and he was later released on a $600 cash or surety bond.
