Funeral Services for 47 year old Richard Ballantyne of Harlan will be Saturday, November 4th at 2PM at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 11AM. The Pauley Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
