(Mills Co) Two men were arrested on drug charges in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says James Anthony Briggs, 26, of Anaconda, Montana, was arrested Sunday for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Serious Injury by Vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
Glen Eugene Gallagher, 51, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Monday for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Bowen Thomas Murley, 33, of Waverly, on Sunday for OWI 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
