Adams County Man Jailed for Making Terroristic Threats

(Red Oak) An Adams County man is in custody for making terroristic threats at a business in Red Oak.

Montgomery County Deputies were dispatched to Parker Hannifin Corporation in Red Oak for an employee making threats; during the investigation, officers arrested 60-year-old Douglas Wayne Ruse of Corning for Threats of Terrorism- a Class D Felony.

Deputies transported Ruse to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on $5,000. Bond.
