Creston Police Arrest Union County Man on Assault and Other Charges

(Creston) Creston Police arrested 29-year-old Alan Dean Smith of Creston at his residence on Monday for 1st-degree harassment-threatening forcible felony, OWI 1st offense, and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, with no intent. Officers transported Smith to the Union County Jail and held him on a $4,000 cash or surety bond.
