(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies responded to the 1700 block of 205th Street in Red Oak for a man sleeping in the driver seat of a vehicle parked on the roadway. When deputies arrived, they found the driver, identified as 40-year-old Miguel Cruz of San Pablo, Mexico, asleep behind the wheel of the parked vehicle. Following the investigation, authorities transported Cruz to the Montgomery County Jail, where he reported a blood alcohol content of .202BAC. Officers booked Cruz for OWI’s 1st Offense and held him on a $1,000 bond.
