Red Oak Woman Arrested for OWI

(Red Oak) A Red Oak woman was arrested following a traffic stop Thursday morning.

The Red Oak Police Department says officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Senate Avenue for a minor traffic violation at around 9:27 a.m. After further investigation and testing, 35-year-old Heather Ann Mitchell was found to be intoxicated.

Mitchell was arrested for OWI 1st Offense. She was held at the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
